Each scout should have a signed liability waiver and be prepared to present pre-reqs to the counselors. Waiver available in Documents Section.
All scouts will go home with signed requirements and counselor contact information . However, Scoutbook is the simplest way for your scout to keep track of their merit badges. Link to your counselor for each merit badge to your scout's account. Learn more here

Morning Sessions: 9:00 am - 12:00 pm
Lunch: 12:00 - 1:00 pm
Afternoon Sessions: 1:00 - 4:00 pm
Register below by adding the badges to your cart. Each Scout requires a separate transaction.
Pre-reqs will be posted under each merit badge by August 15, 2023. Please link your scout to the counselor in Scoutbook prior to the event. Sign offs will be provided for those unable to connect via Scoutbook
Pizza, water and soda will be available for purchase at check-in only. Cash Only: Scouts are welcome to bring their own lunch and water bottle.
